The Wildcat has lived in Britain since forests covered the land and was once common over most of the British Isles, but it is now only found in remote forests, hill areas and grouse moors in Scotland, so is now known as the Scottish Wildcat.
Unfortunately, they are now under threat, with probably less than 100 in the wild!!
The real Wildcats are very fierce and almost impossible to tame, but this realistic, soft toy Scottish Wildcat is very cuddly and friendly and will make an ideal companion for anyone.
