Hansel and Gretel is a well-known Fairytale by the Brothers Grimm and it tells the story about a brother and sister who were kidnapped by a wicked witch, who lived deep in the forest, in a house constructed of cake and confectionary. The two children finally escape with their lives by outwitting her.
This Hansel and Gretel set from the Isabelle Fairytale Collection will be highly collectable, especially as it is only limited to 150 sets worldwide.
Hansel is made from pale cream short-pile mohair and he has a big mop of blond hair, amber eyes and a small hand-stitched nose and mouth. He is a wearing brown cord lederhosen, with attached braces, a white shirt, brown shoes and he carries a brown bag across his shoulder.
Gretel is also made from pale cream short-pile mohair and has a small hand-stitched nose and mouth. Her auburn hair is kept in place by a red headscarf and she wears a red pinafore, with a white blouse, white apron, white knickerbockers and brown shoes.
