The Dachshund combines the qualities of the Hound and the Terrier and is probably descended from these two types. Although rather maligned as a 'sausage dog' it combines intelligence with an acute sense of smell and has been known to track its prey for up to two days.
This soft toy Dachshund has soft, short, taupe and grey fur on his body and legs, with long fluffy gingery fur above his eyes and below his cute little pointed muzzle. This friendly dog is well trained and just needs feeding with love and hugs!!!
