A magnificent and majestic lion owned by Claire Steiff Meisel (Richard Steiff's grandaughter) is the second edition in the series. This regal creature has been meticulously hand crafted to capture the enduring charm of the original. Each piece is an impressive example of Steiff artistry, with intricate airbrushing, individually stitched facial features and skillfully painted paws. This splendid specimen is limited to a production run of only 1,000 pieces.
He has the famous gold plated "Button in Ear" and a white label with red writing, showing that he is only limited to 1000 pieces worldwide, making a very collectable bear.
