The Poodle was originally used to retrieve waterfowl for hunters and the English name poodle is derived from the German word 'Pudel', which means to splash in the water. The breed is known for its elaborate coat styling, but this used to have a practical purpose: trimmed areas lightened the weight of the dogs coat and wouldn't snag on underwater debris, while long hair around the joints and vital organs protected the dog from the cold. Poodles have a playful but dignified personality and are very intelligent and elegant.
This realistic soft toy poodle dog has curly, dense black plush fur, with a shaved muzzle that reveals the dark shiny eyes and black nose. She also has pretty red bows on each ear.
This is a non-shedding breed, so you won't have dog hair everywhere and she has beans in her bottom for a little weight, so will "SIT" nicely!!
This affectionate dog will love being with you all of the time, making a perfect companion for anyone.
