Higgins from Charlie Bears is a traditional black and white panda bear with a twist. His white fur is actually beige with lots of white tipping, so the warmer colour shows on his neatly trimmed muzzle. He also has a sprinkle of white tipping on his black fur, giving him a wintery look. Higgins wears a hand-made necklace with two bells.
