Foghorn Leghorn is a cartoon character that has appeared in Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies Cartoons for Warner Bros. Pictures. He was created by Robert Mckimson and writer Warren Foster and starred in 30 cartoons from 1946 to 1980.
A leghorn is a breed of chicken and foghorn describes the characters loud, overbearing Southern drawl, so his name is very appropriate.
This confident, barrel-chested, high-steppin' bird is a real practical joker and often uses "fowl" language!
He is made from high quality white mohair, will stand un-aided and is 2-way jointed at the arms. He has a big yellow beak and feet , large red tail feathers and his comb stands up proudly on the top of his head.
