Just a quick note to say that Marigold has just arrived and is gorgeous. Once again many thanks for an excellent service. Very quick and well packaged. It is always a pleasure to speak to you all on the phone and my family and I are looking forward to meeting you in three weeks time and hopefully add some more bears to our collections. Marigold is now warming up in my Mum’s house after a long journey in the Royal Mail van and is looking forward to meeting her cousin Purdee. Thank you so much for sending the Lotte Princess in a Suitcase bear. I was very impressed with the speed of delivery of the bear, which was perfectly packaged so I could simply add in my card and send on to my newborn niece. I would like to thank you for the quality of your service from the moment I placed the order to when it arrived. I understand that Charlie Bears are extremely hard to get hold of this year, in particular the one I ordered - Bradley - which isn’t even listed on many other websites. But you guaranteed the order and I was pleasantly surprised how quickly you turned the order around. It was also evident when I opened the box how much care you had put into ensuring he arrived safely.
As my mum has no real concept over what you can get hold of via the internet, she will be amazed when she opens this present!

Just got back from our trip last night: Was a great couple of weeks, but very tiring. Waited until this morning to open my package. Mr Widget was in wonderful shape, and I am very happy indeed. While I was away I managed to find two more bears for my collection from Melbourne. Zac and Petra both from the Isabelle Collection. They are lovely too, but I don’t think anything can compare to Mr Widget.
