CHARLIE YEAR BEAR 2018 is the new Year Bear from Charlie Bears, named after their creator Charlotte (Charlie) Morris and is one that Charlie chooses each year to showcase the new plush collection. These are extra special bears, as they are limited in production to only 4000 worldwide and are plumo bears, which means that the muzzle and inner ears are mohair, adding a touch of luxury. She also has some European Tyber plush fur, which is very luxurious and almost as expensive as mohair.
This year is the 10th Anniversary of the Charlie Year Bear and to celebrate a decade of Charlie Year Bears, this year they will each come with a very special commemorative certificate that contains information and images of all ten Charlie Year Bears, from 2009 to 2018.
She is really stunning, with thick, silky soft fur on the body and head, that has lots of light tipping, for depth. The arms and legs are a lighter grey, but are still thick and fluffy round the big paws, which have been sculpted and stitched.
She has fluffy, grey mohair ears and a mohair muzzle that has been lightly shaved to reveal dark twinkling eyes, with white felt underneath, giving her a soulful expression, so will make you want to pick her up for a cuddle! Her pinky/peach nose has been airbrushed and this complements her pinky/peach organza ribbon, that is secured with a silver heart, making her an adorable bear!
