Yet again, Charlie Bears have produced another 3 fantastic Fairytale Collections sets and this is one of them.
Fans of the book and film will delight with this magical pair, who come together in their own special presentation box. THUMBELINA and THE KING OF THE FAIRIES will each have their own limited edition certificate and there will be another certificate in an envelope inside the presentation box, showing the limited number of the full set.
Born from a flower sprouted from a magical barleycorn, Thumbelina began life as merely a tiny human. However, after many adventures, she became a fairy when she set foot in the enchanted vale. All the fairies count themselves lucky to have such a kind, generous and beautiful princess.
THUMBELINA is made from a short-pile light coloured mohair, which has been left long and sparse on her head, to create her hair. She has a hand-stitched nose and stitched paws and will stand un-aided. She is resplendant in her beautiful fixed pale blue and white dress and she is finished off nicely with a headdress and flower pendant.
THE KING OF THE FAIRIES is made of light blue, short pile mohair fur, which is long on his head to create his mane-like hair and it is fairly sparse, so the blue backing shows through. He has a hand-stitched nose and stitched paws. He really looks the part in his fixed lavish outfit, complete with sparkly wings, dashing sword and he will stand un-aided.
This amazing set is one not to be missed and will be highly collectable, especially as it is limited to only 200 worldwide!!
