Kosen's lovely pair of realistic soft toy camels are the Bactrian type with two humps. Camels are an endangered species in the wild, although there are over a million domesticated camels working for humans. This camel is made from cuddly plush fur in dark brown, with longer pile on his head, beard, legs and hump. He has a long tufty tail, cloven toes and a friendly face!
Kosen designers have an eye for detail and they study their animal subjects closely, making detailed drawings, then they create clay models and hand-craft each animal from up to 70 individual pieces of high quality fabric.
The safety eyes are made from top quality plastic and some are custom made, to ensure they are as realistic and lifelike as possible.
The animals are stuffed to ensure they maintain their shape over a long period and finally they are combed, embroidered and airbrushed, resulting in incredibly realistic and true-to-life toys.
