It may come as a surprise that Steiff Bears designers keep a close eye on the secondary, antique bear market and the inspiration for Johann teddy bear was a vintage Steiff Bear found in a country auction. He is a traditional Steiff shape with long arms and a pronounced muzzle, with bold hand-stitched nose.
Johann Teddy Bear is made of the finest russet brown mohair, with soft pale paw pads. He is complete with a traditional growler in his tummy and will arrive in a Steiff gift box, with numbered certificate of authenticity.
